• Performance & Access Telemetry: Aggregated and strictly anonymized analytical data via Web Analytics (country of origin, device type, and visited routes), without any collection of individual IP addresses or browser fingerprinting.

3. Non-Commercialization and Data Sharing

eFootIQ does not sell, rent, or trade personal data to third parties or advertising brokers. Data is solely processed by our indispensable cloud infrastructure providers to deliver the service:

• Database: Encrypted database storage at rest (AES-256).
• Hosting: High-availability Anycast compute and edge infrastructure.
• Storage: Edge content delivery network (CDN) for static game media assets.

4. Data Subject Rights (Art. 18 LGPD & Art. 15-22 GDPR)

Every registered user holds the inalienable right to exercise at any time:

• Confirmation of data processing existence and access to saved tactical records.
• Correction of incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated profile data through the settings panel.
• Right to Erasure (Right to Be Forgotten): Ability to permanently delete your user account, performing a cascade wipe of all saved cards, progression builds, and custom squads.
