eFootIQ is an independent analytical community project built for enthusiasts and competitive players of the eFootball™ video game.
All athlete names, photographs, attributes, sports clubs, badges, leagues, and associated trademarks are the exclusive intellectual property of Konami Digital Entertainment Co., Ltd. and their respective rights holders and licensors. eFootIQ holds no official affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement, or commercial connection with Konami Digital Entertainment. 3. Service Modalities & Subscription Plans (Freemium, Pro & Elite)
eFootIQ operates under a SaaS Freemium model. Free tier users are granted access to the global player catalog, the training progression simulator, and quotas for squad management. Advanced capabilities (such as comparing 4 simultaneous athletes, expanded cloud synchronization, and AI tactical assistance) are reserved for their respective paid subscription tiers.
4. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct
Users are strictly prohibited from:
- Executing overload attacks, DDoS, or malicious automated scrapers against API endpoints.
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or extracting the proprietary mathematical training algorithms.
- Attempting unauthorized access to other user accounts by bypassing Supabase Row Level Security (RLS) policies.
- Utilizing the platform to publish unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive content.
5. Limitation of Liability and Availability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we apply strict mathematical standards to guarantee exact parity with in-game mechanics, we assume no liability for unilateral updates released by the video game publisher (such as engine overhauls or server maintenance by Konami) that may cause temporary statistical discrepancies.
